The brewing method is always indicated on the package. To prepare one cup of coffee take two full teaspoons of coffee (i.e. 8-10 grams for 180 ml of water). To brew coffee in coffee pot, pour cold freshwater to the coffee and bring it to boil, but do not boil it. For other brewing methods the same amount of coffee shall be used.
If you add milk to coffee, it is better to use hot milk.
Some of the most popular brewing methods
Brewing in cezve
A perfect method for brewing original oriental coffee. Traditional oriental brewing method violates the modern rule to «never boil the coffee». Really, in cezve coffee is boiled with sugar, so coffee does not taste bitter. Especially fine ground coffee is required for original oriental coffee.

Moka Pot
Italian espresso pot brews the hottest and strongest coffee. Water boils in the lower part of pot and flows through the ground coffee in the center to the upper part of the pot. Medium ground coffee is required for this method.

Excellent coffee is brewed using this method! All types of grind are suitable, except coarse. The only disadvantage is that French press won’t keep the coffee warm for long, thus brewed coffee shall be drank at once.
